Our Process

We use a staggered approach to designing an interactive training program. The first two steps are research and application development plan. From there, you can take the plan and implement it yourself or you can work with us to complete the plan.

Research

 

Working with your team, we identify your most common safety challenges. We then examine the challenges through the lens of human performance improvement and emotional intelligence to determine the root cause of the challenges. Our research team works with your team to review potential risk areas (known as error precursors) and errors that have occurred, what was learned from them, how they could be prevented and other noticed risks. We couple this with best practices from other industry knowledge to develop the learning objectives specif­ically for your company.

Application Development Plan

 

We build an application development plan that identifies how the training will be brought to life. This includes any video footage that needs to be shot, any computer models or animation to be built and any programming needed to complete. All trainings include built-in trainers to facilitate discussions alongside the simulations.

Our Process

Once step 1 and 2 are complete, you can take the plan and build it yourself or we can develop the plan for you. If you choose for us to implement it, then we will move to step 3.

We do our behind the scenes work to bring the training to life.
